  Village Management Consulting develops, implements and monitors research-based strategies aimed at enhancing corporate / organisational image.

   The objective is to ensure that at any given "moment of truth", i.e. whenever Corporate Stakeholders come into contact with the Corporate Brand, the image of such Corporation or Organisation emerges unscathed.
   
 
   It is the view of Village Management that Research should in most instances precede any assumption of knowledge. Research provides vital information within which strategic management decisions are taken.

  The post 1994 South Africa is different from the one that existed during the Apartheid era, the significant difference being that the new dispensation is instead founded on unity between the races and sharing of the future.

  In the aftermath of this newfound democracy, there has emerged rather two contrasting scenarios: Whilst in the Black sector of the SA society, there has been a tidal rise in expectations, this has been sharply contrasted by levels of anxiety from their White counterpart. For corporate SA to manage it's transition successfully, these dynamics need to be taken into account.

   As SA, which is a country in transition, is frog-marched into the next millennium, corporate SA would even more than before require strategic input that will enable it to manage the change process whilst keeping an eye on the bottomline. This will ensure survival in the face of the global competitive assault.
   
 
   South Africa is a society in transition. In the post-1994 era, the country found itself with a new democratically elected government which like a newly installed chief in the village is pining for acknowledgment.

   In the African tradition whenever new leadership is in place, the eminent elders would find themselves gravitating towards the Royal Kraal to go and pay their respects. This is done to endorse their acceptance of the new order and it also opens corridors of communication.
